How we differ
As a requirement to be a Tier 1 Partner, the manufacturer requires MSL Latam to have all its personnel certified in the solutions. In this case we have all our certified engineers, as well as our sales and pre-sales staff in most of the software solutions offered by the manufacturer.
By having registered businesses MSL Latam has a preferential price from the manufacturer, this accompanied by direct contact provides additional value to our customers.
Being a Tier 1 Partner of the manufacturer, MSL Latam has direct contact with the manufacturer and not through wholesalers or intermediaries, which generates a more personalized relationship with the manufacturer, and therefore a better service to our customers.
